We’re passionate about moving people into their calling in the incredible story that God is writing throughout history. We’d love to help you plug into community and serve in a way that fits your gifts and makes you come alive.
No worship service is possible without the talented and dedicated folks on the Grace Tech team! From audio to lighting and everything in between, Grace Tech volunteers are integral to making Sunday worship services possible!
The Building and Grounds Maintenance team maintains, upgrades, and prepares the building for people to come into a safe, inviting, pleasant, and modern environment for all manners of use. From creating beautiful planters to lawn maintenance to drywall repair, we have a job for every skill level. We don’t always need everyone, so if you have particular skills/gifts that you would like to donate, please ensure you let us know what they are!
Our Cafe allows for people to connect on Sunday mornings, and being a part of this team means fostering those relationships and providing drinks and baked goods! By joining this team, you’re saying ‘yes’ to encouraging others.
As part of the GraceKids team, you will love on and disciple children! Our team supports parents (and caregivers) by providing age-appropriate care and teaching for children from nursery to Grade 4. Team members have many different opportunities to serve from comforting babies, teaching roles, helpers, check-in, and more!
The role of an adult leader is to maintain order and safety among the youth ministry while welcoming students and earning the right to be heard in their lives. There are many practical and spiritual roles that adult leaders facilitate, from Snack Shack attendant to small group discussion leader. There are various jobs to fill but the most important thing is that our leaders inspire the teens to be passionate disciples of Jesus in Lititz and beyond.
At Grace Church, our group leaders are committed to guiding others in following Jesus's teachings, fostering a love for Him, and living lives that glorify God. This role is deeply rooted in a sincere desire to mentor and support individuals in their spiritual journey, encouraging them to embrace and apply scripture to their own lives. As a leader, your core mission is to engage in meaningful, transformative relationships, guiding others toward a deeper understanding and relationship with Jesus, encouraging a life that reflects His love and teachings.
As a greeter, you are one of the first friendly faces that people will see when they come to Grace! We want everyone who walks through our doors to feel the love of Jesus through you, His hands and feet. A warm smile and kind words go a long way!
Our kitchen team is called upon throughout the year for special events and funerals to help prepare and serve food. You do not need to have culinary experience, just a willingness to jump in! This is not a regularly scheduled team.
Our Meet Grace team has the chance to connect with those new to Grace at the end of service in a meaningful way. Yours is one of the first friendly faces they will have truly met, and it’s through that connection that they will start to see Grace as their home church.
As an usher, you have the chance to make people feel welcome as they enter our auditorium. Yours is the friendly face they’ll turn to when they’re not sure where to sit or if they have a question.
Our first and most important priority on the Grace Worship team is to usher people into the Throneroom of the King. We long to create a space where people have an encounter with Christ Jesus in a way that is beautiful and passionate and brings everyone into the presence of the Father. We are a team of servants, leading by ourselves being fully enraptured by passion and love for the Father.
