Executive Assitant

Grace Church is looking for a highly organized, relational, and driven individual to support our Lead and Executive Pastors. This role plays a key part in helping our leadership team lead with clarity, focus, and effectiveness.
Job Highlights
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support (scheduling, emails, meeting prep)
  • Assist with HR processes (job postings, onboarding, staff communication)
  • Help manage staff calendars, time-off tracking, and church-wide communication
  • Support finance-related tasks alongside our finance team
  • Keep systems, files, and operations running smoothly behind the scenes
