Andy Spade

Elder

I’ve been part of Grace Church since I was five years old, and it has truly become my spiritual home — a place shaped by excellent biblical teaching, strong leadership, and deep relationships formed through serving, especially alongside the Elder Board. I’ve served as an Elder for what feels like forever, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to use my spiritual gifts to support a faith community I deeply love, and to serve alongside other men who are passionate about Jesus and Grace Church. Jesus’ overwhelming grace in my life is what motivates me to serve Him out of gratitude — He must become greater, and I must become less. I’m married to my beautiful wife, Kendra, and we have two amazing kids, Jacob and Carly, who bring so much joy to our lives. I currently serve as the Lancaster County Prothonotary, overseeing the civil filing office for the Court of Common Pleas. Outside of church and work, I enjoy cheering for our kids’ sports teams, rooting for the Philadelphia Phillies and the Pittsburgh Steelers, playing golf, and settling in with a good book.
